Setup Instructions

Outlook (Windows PC)

  • Click Copy Signature above.
  • Open Outlook > File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
  • Create New or Select existing.
  • Paste (Ctrl+V) into the edit box.
  • Important: If a Paste Options icon appears, select "Keep Source Formatting".
  • Save.

Outlook (Mac)

  • Click Copy Signature.
  • Go to Outlook > Settings > Signatures.
  • Paste (Cmd+V).
  • Select "Keep Source Formatting" if prompted.

Outlook (Web / 365)

  • Settings (Gear) > Account > Signatures.
  • Paste into "Email signature".
  • Select defaults and Save.

Mobile (iOS / Android)

  • Send yourself an email with this signature.
  • Copy it from the email on your phone.
  • Paste into Outlook app > Settings > Signature.
